What this site collects

The site is a static information website. It has no user accounts and no forms of its own. The only data collected directly by the site is standard web-server log data (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) processed by the hosting provider for security and operation.

The award finder runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not transmitted to us.

The nomination form

The nomination page embeds the official Golden Tree Awards nomination form served from goldentreeawards.com. Data entered into that form is collected and processed by Golden Tree Events LLC under the privacy policy, terms and conditions and refund policy published on goldentreeawards.com. The embedded form may record the referring website (this domain) and session identifiers for analytics.

Cookies and storage

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. It uses browser session storage to remember that a nomination reminder has been dismissed (deleted when the browser tab closes). Embedded YouTube players load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you play a video and are subject to Google's privacy policy. Google Fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. If web analytics are enabled on this site in future, this policy will be updated and any required consent obtained.
