What the jury will ask an agency

What did the work achieve? Three or four case studies with measured results — reach, engagement, conversion, sales, brand tracking — and dates. Is the agency growing? Clients won and retained, revenue or headcount over a defined period, indexed if needed. What do clients say? References, rankings, prior recognition. What is different? Proprietary tools, data, bilingual and cross-boundary capability, with dates. Business results, not creative merit alone, are the criteria.
