What do you move, where, with what? Services, fleet, facilities, network — with dates. Is it growing? Tonnage, TEUs, shipments, revenue by lane or market over a defined period, indexed if needed. How well? On-time performance, fill rate, dwell time, damage rate, customer satisfaction. Is it certified? ISO 9001, 28000, 45001, TAPA, GDP, IATA CEIV Pharma, C-TPAT. What is new? Visibility platforms, warehouse automation, customs integration, electrification and emissions reporting, with dates. Greater Bay Area and cross-boundary operations are distinctive when quantified.
