What the jury will ask a trading company

What do you trade, for whom, from where to where? Lines, principals, customers, markets. Is it growing? Revenue, volume or share by line or market over a defined period, indexed if needed. Is it reliable? Service levels, fill rates, retention, satisfaction, principal audits, certifications, compliance. How have you adapted? Supply diversification beyond the Delta, digital ordering, trade-platform integration, cold chain, new lines — with dates. Sourcing offices should present quality, compliance and sustainability results across their supplier base.
