Loyalty and satisfaction data. How have you adapted? Store network changes, experience programming, delivery and cross-border e-commerce, with dates. What else? Sourcing and sustainability, staff retention, new openings — including in the mainland or the region. Mall operators should present occupancy, tenant sales and programming.
