Government & Public Body Awards in Hong Kong

Hong Kong's public sector is layered: policy bureaux and departments of the SAR Government; statutory bodies and authorities with their own boards — the Monetary Authority, the Airport Authority, the Hospital Authority, the Housing Authority, the Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Cyberport, the Trade Development Council and many more; public corporations such as the rail operator; district councils and district organisations; and the public-service providers, from universities to the Jockey Club's charitable arm, that carry out public functions. What the jury will ask a public body

What is the remit, and who are the stakeholders? What has been delivered? Service volumes, processing times, digital adoption, satisfaction — over a defined period. Which programmes, with what result? iAM Smart and digital services, housing delivery, health access, transport projects, regulatory reforms — dated. To what standard? Certifications, audits, excellence results. At what cost? Efficiency and sustainability results, indexed where sensitive. Outcomes rather than mandate are what the jury reads.
