What the jury will ask a Hong Kong financial institution

What are you licensed to do, for whom, where? How has the business grown? Assets, customers, AUM, premiums, transaction volumes over a defined period — indexed if needed. What do customers experience? Digital adoption, satisfaction, NPS. Are you in good standing? Ratings, regulatory record, certifications. What is new? Digital banking, cross-boundary wealth products, tokenisation pilots, ESG products — with launch dates. What else? Financial inclusion, community and sustainability results. Regional businesses run from Hong Kong should be presented by market; fintechs should add licence type, partnerships and unit-economics progress.
