Loyalty, repeat rates, reviews. Is it safe and compliant? Product-safety testing, labelling, Department of Health requirements for clinics, practitioner qualifications, hygiene. What is new? Formulations, services, retail concepts, packaging — with dates. A retailer should present range, footfall and omnichannel performance; a clinic its outcomes and safety record.
