Describe where each function sits — headquarters, design, finance and quality in Hong Kong; manufacturing in Dongguan; engineering in Shenzhen; sales across the Delta — and present performance by location and market: output, revenue, customers, growth, indexed if confidential. Integration is the distinctive story: supply chains that span the boundary, products sold in both directions, teams that work across two systems, and the resilience built since 2019. Certifications, audits and quality results from mainland plants belong in the pack, attributed to the plant.
