Ask a Hong Kong General Manager about the last three years and you get a story about rebuilding: reopening to visitors in 2023, winning back mainland and regional travellers, re-learning MICE with the convention centre and AsiaWorld-Expo full again, and doing all of it with a smaller workforce.
