General principles published by the programmes
- Self-nominations and third-party nominations are equally welcome and judged on identical criteria
- The nominee is assessed against the relevant award, industry, category and competition level
- Eligibility and profile suitability are reviewed at the team-approval stage
- A nomination may be closed with a recorded reason at any stage if it does not meet the applicable criteria
- Award credits are valid for the same-year programme only
Competition levels
City level: The competition location is the nomination city. Country level: The competition location is the nomination country. Regional level: The competition location is the nomination region. World level: The competition location is the whole world. Silver, Gold and Diamond packages compete at country level (Hong Kong); Platinum at country and regional (Asia); Titanium at country, regional and world.

Eligible as the Hong Kong company; present the plant's results as part of its record.
A statutory body or public corporation?
Yes — 75 government-organisation categories, or the industry categories that match; heads can enter the World CEO Awards.
Is a hotel GM a CEO?
No; GMs have the World GM Awards. Group chief executives enter the World CEO Awards.
A woman founder?
Two programmes are available — Golden Women and Golden Entrepreneur — each with its own jury.

No; they are supporting evidence.
Key dates?
Entries close on 15 September 2026. Jury review follows in the second half of September, a private shortlist in October, and winners are announced at the Dubai gala on 14 November 2026.
